Article 1 – General
These terms apply to all booking and rental agreements made via The Holiday Home B.V. and form the basis of a clear and reliable relationship between guest and provider.
• "Guest" refers to the person entering into the rental agreement.
• "Provider" refers to The Holiday Home B.V. or a designated property manager.

Article 2 – Booking agreement
Reservations can be made through our website or external platforms (such as Booking.com or Airbnb).
The agreement is valid once the booking is confirmed in writing or via email.
All bookings are binding. Cancellation terms apply.

Article 3 – Payment
• Payment is due within 7 days after booking.
• For last-minute bookings: immediate payment is required.
• If payment is not received on time, the reservation may be cancelled with applicable costs.

Article 4 – Additional fees
• Cleaning fee: €75
• Bed linen: €12 per person
• Towels: €12 per person
• Service fee: €15 per booking
• Air conditioning (optional): €10 per night
• Security deposit: €100 or €150
• Tourist tax: to be paid locally at arrival
These extras are added to the booking invoice.

Article 5 – Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
Please leave the chalet clean and tidy:
• Dishes washed and put away
• Furniture returned to original position
• Chalet left neat and broom clean
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the chalet is left dirty.

Article 6 – Facilities
• Wifi available at reception
• Fully equipped kitchen (no oven or dishwasher)
• Only gas barbecues allowed
• Washing machines and dryers available (paid service)
• Free parking on site
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the chalet
• Shared pool – access under specific rules
• No baby crib or high chair provided

Article 7 – Guest cancellation
• More than 4 weeks before arrival: 25% of rental amount
• Less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of rental amount
• No refund in case of early departure
• In case of force majeure, a voucher may be issued

Article 8 – Provider cancellation or changes
The Holiday Home B.V. may cancel or modify a booking in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
In such cases, an alternative or a refund will be offered in consultation with the guest.
We are not liable for any indirect losses or costs as a result.

Article 9 – Liability
• We are not liable for theft, damage or loss of personal belongings
• We are not liable for disruptions or circumstances beyond our control
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or inventory

Article 10 – House rules
• Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet
• Parties or gatherings are not permitted
• Quiet hours on the campsite are between 22:00 and 08:00
• Keys are issued via the reception desk
• These terms may be updated at any time if needed

Article 11 – Complaints procedure
• Please report any issues to the on-site manager immediately
• If not resolved, submit your complaint to The Holiday Home B.V. within 4 weeks after departure
• We aim to find a fair solution for all parties
